Procure Connect

Getting started

Procure Connect is a powerful tool to help you plan, source, and manage your secondary procurement activities. With it, you can simplify the entire process, from starting your procurement all the way through to closing the contract.

You should already have access to any panels you have previously joined, or if you are a supplier or provider that is part of the panel. Right now, the External legal services (ELS) panel is hosted on Procure Connect. Once you have access to a panel, you can explore the available options for managing procurements, making shortlists, evaluating responses, and communicating with selected agencies, suppliers or providers.

If you see a question mark (?) attached to a form, title or option, hovering over it will give you more information about that function. Click it to get even more information.

To make the most of Procure Connect, we’ve created some guidance to take you through the process. More guides will be added over time.

Agency Administrators

Agency Buyers

Suppliers/Providers

Schools

Schools cannot use Procure Connect to access All-of-Government (AoG) contracts yet. You can continue using the AoG contracts on the NZGP website as before.

Once Procure Connect is available for schools, we’ll invite you to register. We’ll give you plenty of notice in advance. We’ll also provide guidance with learning materials and webinars, so it’ll be easier for you to start using Procure Connect.
